Cecilia Dahlström

Cecilia Dahlström is Universum’s Global Marketing Manager. A graduate from Lunds Universitet and Université de Montréal, Cecilia started her career at Universum working with the international expansion of the company. Cecilia then moved on to an entrepreneurial career, successfully establishing new ventures in South America. In 2007 Cecilia returned to Universum to lead the marketing team. In the employer branding arena, Cecilia drives the knowledge on how to communicate with talent – moving from mass communication to personality targeting.
