Christian Baldia is President and CEO of Constellation Strategy & Analytical Services, a global management consulting firm that employs cutting-edge diagnostics and methodologies to assist corporations, government agencies, NGOs with mission critical issues. Constellation SAS specializes in an advanced analytical approach called Organizational ConnectivityTM to help its clients achieve such goals as significantly improving the post-merger integration of companies, building collaboration to overcome departmental silos and developing innovation networks within a firm.
Prior to founding Constellation SAS, Christian Baldia served as a Managing Director at Virtcom Consulting, a management consulting firm serving major organizations around the globe. Christian previously served at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a Senior Financial/Economic Analyst in the Policy and Analysis division of the Bank Supervision Group. Before working for the Federal Reserve, Christian Baldia worked as an investment banker at Butler, Chapman & Co., where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions for middle-market companies, and at PaineWebber (now part of UBS), where he focused on municipal finance – primarily for New York State and New York City agencies.
Christian has been active in politics and public policy throughout his life. He has worked on a number of Presidential and Senatorial election campaigns and served for four years in President Bill Clinton’s Administration. Christian holds a Masters in Public Policy degree with a concentration on business- government policy and financial markets from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
