Clare has a BA in Economics with French and an MA in Human Resource Management. She is CIPD qualified.
Clare joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2006 as the Diversity Recruitment manager for Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA), responsible for setting up the function and establishing and driving its strategy. In her current role of EMEA Diversity & Inclusion programme manager, Clare is responsible for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies across all lines of business and locations in the region. Prior to joining the company, Clare worked for several not-for-profit organisations acting as a diversity consultant to corporate clients including BP, The Civil Service and Barclays Bank.
