Elisabeth Kelan

Elisabeth Kelan (PhD) is an assistant professor at King’s College London. Prior to this appointment she was Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Women in Business at London Business School. She received her PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Dr Elisabeth Kelan is a leading scholar on gender and generational relations in organizations. Her research is published in leading academic journals and in a book entitled 'Performing Gender at Work'. Her second book will explore the development of diverse leaders. She regularly gives keynote speeches to private sector and supranational organizations.
