Hans Jablonski is senior consultant and owner of jbd. He has gained more than 16 years practical experience in human and organizational development in different sectors. In the course of his career Hans Jablonski has worked with companies of various branches (automotive industry, chemical industry, and finance). He knows the (management-) practice in companies operating worldwide. Hans Jablonski has been one of the first diversity managers in Germany working with Ford Motor Company and later with BP in the global Diversity team. He initiated the corporate initiative “Diversity Charter” for Germany and has started the Diversity Charter ate initiative “Diversity Charter” for Germany and has started the Diversity Charter approach on a European basis. He is an acknowledged expert in his subjects. About three years ago Hans Jablonski founded his company jbd. Since then he has consulted companies in introducing and conducting diversity management. Hans Jablonski is an excellent expert and moderator for various topics addressing a wide range of target groups. He as well is a demanded keynote speaker on his subjects. Hans Jablonski regularly publishes articles in books and journals. Hans Jablonski consults in the field human and organizational development. The focus of consulting lies on diversity & change management. His competences range from support of sustainable implementation of diversity management, including: strategic anchoring in the business environment, setting up the Diversity infrastructure (including HR as a strategic partner), creation of awareness of the management (workshops, mentoring etc) and evaluation. The remit of his work is global. Delivery of workshops in various parts of the world e.g. India, Korea, China, Malaysia, South Africa as well as across Europe and the USA.
