Karen Addison

Karen Addison joined the Center for Creative Leadership with 14 years of experience in executive education. As the Associate Dean for Executive Development at both the University of Southern California and the University of Toyota (NA), Karen designed and delivered custom leadership development programs for clients in different industries throughout the world. She has facilitated CCL’s Leadership Development Program (LDP®), Women’s Leadership Program, Leading for Organizational Impact, the Innovation Leadership Workshop and the Leadership Essentials programs. As a member of the International Consortium for Executive Development Research (ICEDR), she worked with peers and faculty to create a research agenda and programming that would be at the cutting edge of executive education.
