Liselotte currently holds the role of head of culture & organization management at OMV group, the leading energy group in Central Europe, based in Vienna, Austria. Her responsibilities include group-wide effective steering of corporate culture and aligned organization management.

Since joining OMV in 1989, Liselotte has gathered extensive experience in diverse career stages in Human Resources, HR development, talent management, training, organization development, performance management and employer branding. In 2004 she was appointed head of HR development with main responsibility for design and implementation of strategy oriented learning architectures. Some exemplary projects under her leadership: career & succession planning, leadership initiative, Human Capital Management people survey, OMV career world, OMV success competencies, Driving Values and the implementation of a group-wide performance & development system.

Liselotte after commercial college studied languages and business administration. She holds a Master of Science and a Master of Advanced Studies in HR & Organization Development. Her continuous professional training also includes systemic coaching and process consultancy with Gunther Schmidt & Steve de Shazer and attendance as well as design of numerous international leadership and management trainings.
