Manfred Wondrak is the co-owner and managing director of Pauser&Wondrak Unterneh- mensberatung OG (www.pauser-wondrak.at) which offers consultancy services in Diver- sity Management, diversity projects and training. Manfred has many years of experience as a manager in international corporations like Citigroup, ÖIAG or Austrian Industries. He is an expert in corporate Diversity Management, strategy development, process support,
project management, training, coaching and mentoring. Additional focuses are the core dimensions of ‘ethnic origin, age and sexual orientation’.
Manfred is also president of AGPRO – Austrian gay professionals and on the board of EGMA – Euro- pean gay & lesbian manager association based in Berlin, which is an umbrella organization of national LGBT business associations. Manfred is currently studying a MBA programme in General Manage- ment. He is member of CSR – Consultants Experts Group of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
