Petra Radeschnig is a business economist. Since 1990 she is an organisational consultant, trainer and coach with systemic background. Petra has worked in Austria and elsewhere in the European Union, and also in Western and Eastern Africa. She has management and leadership experience in very diverse cultural contexts. Petra took a sabbatical of four years from consultancy working for the German and then the Austrian development cooperation in Burkina Faso, West Africa.
Ms Radeschnig acted as coordinator of the jury of the “SozialMarie, Prize for social innovation” since 2007.
