Sweet Joy Hachuela

President, The Medici Group

Sweet Joy is the President of The Medici Group. She consults and advises organizations on the best approach to executing and implementing Medici principles within an organization.

Previously, Sweet Joy Hachuela was Managing Director of Springboard - Partners for Cross-Cultural Leadership, and managed Global Employee Networking Groups for JP Morgan Chase. In addition, she has consulted and trained program directors throughout the US in anti-racism/cultural training workshops for the Wheelock Institute, and developed strategic consulting programs for Womenfuture, a women-focused startup working on global leadership programs. Sweet Joy was a national delegate who accompanied former President Bill Clinton to Johannesburg to launch an international leadership exchange program. She has an M.S. in Public Policy with a focus on strategic management from the Harvard School of Public Health.
