Thomas Köllen

Dr. Thomas Köllen worked as a research assistant in Diversity Management at the Vienna University for Economics and Business and at the Goethe University in Frankfurt. He has conceptualized and conducted several university lectures on different aspects of Diversity Management. In his research he has focused on the economical impact of concrete Diversity Management measures relating to the dimensions of gender and sexual orientation. His PhD thesis analyzes the economical and socio-psychological facets of the integration of the dimension of sexual orientation (or sexual identity) into corporate diversity programs. He has just founded the research institute 'Koellen Diversity Research'.
