Christian Baldia is Managing Director at Virtcom Consulting, where he specializes in Organizational Network Analysis, collaboration, employee engagement and management strategy. He is also a co-founder/co-organizer of the World Diversity Leadership Summit. Prior to Virtcom, Christian served at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a Senior Financial/Economic Analyst in the Policy and Analysis division of the Bank Supervision Group. Immediately before that, he worked as an investment banker at Butler, Chapman
& Co. and at PaineWebber (now part of UBS). Christian also served for four years in the Clinton Admini- stration as a Senior Policy Analyst at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and as a staff member for the White House. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s University Honors College and earned a Master’s degree from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
