Anita Zanchettin

Anita Zanchettin is the Managing Director, Global Talent Strategy at Aperian Global. She has more than twenty years of experience successfully leading global diversity strategies for corporations in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe. Ms. Zan- chettin co-authored a book with Dr. Ernest Gundling on the subject of “Global Diversity: Winning Customers and Engaging Employees within World Markets”.
She has been a speaker at the Society for Human Resource Management and the World Diversity Leadership Summit. Ms. Zanchettin earned a BA in French and Spanish and an MA in Intercultural Management. She has lived in Iran, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Spain.
