Author of ‘Performing Gender at Work’

Dr. Elisabeth Kelan is an Assistant Professor (lecturer) in the Department of Manage- ment at King’s College London. Prior to that she was Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Women in Business at London Business School, where she was directing the research project on Generation Y. She was awarded her PhD at the London School of
Economics. Elisabeth is a leading scholar on gender and generational relations in organizations. She has presented her research internationally, published widely, and has received various awards for her research. Her book entitled ‘Performing Gender at Work’ was published in August 2009.
