Pascal Hildebert is Managing Director of the small consultancy and training company, Strategest sprl. In his capacity of trainer and consultant, he has been working with non-governmental organisations, European Institutions and Businesses on issues such as communication, intercultural learning, diversity management, organisational deve- lopment and project management. He assists private and semi-public entities in deve-
loping training and human resource development strategies and manages European training projects. Originally from the French West Indies, he has lived in France and Ireland and is currently based in Brussels, Belgium. He studied International Economics in Paris.
