Rita Knott has been a high level professional of Bank Hapoalim in Luxembourg for more than 25 years. In cooperation with the Ministry of Equal Opportunities, she has orga- nized three large programs dealing with culture and gender diversity and the Bank has been awarded with the “Female Award” of the Luxembourg government in 2001. She has also developed a total e-quality management program and diversity mentoring and
coaching activities. In 2005 she founded COACHING MENTORING CONSULTING, launched in Luxem- bourg, which was the first Cross-Mentoring Program for Women, the diploma work of her coaching studies at Frankfurt University (2003-2006) and has been fully self-employed since April 2008.
