William T. Rolack, Sr.
Diversity Manager Adecco Group, North America
William is currently employed by Adecco Employment Services as the Diversity Manager for US Operations. Mr. Rolack is responsible for developing and implementing programs as part of the Adecco diversity initiative. The initiative key components: Diversity Education, Diversity Recruitment, Communication, Community Outreach and Diversity Solutions.
He has been featured on the Black Enterprise Business Report, WMHT’s New York Now, News 12 Long Island, and in Newsday, The Network Journal, The Black Collegian, Long Island Busi- ness News and has received a proclamation from the New York City Council for his work as a mentor, professional coach and contributions in the human resources field. William has served as president of NAAAHR (National Association of African Americans in Human Resources) Greater New York Chapter and as a member of the national board of directors. William also serves on the Executive Board of the Urban League of Long Island and is a 2007 recipient of the 10th Annual “40 Under Forty” Achievement Awards by The Network Journal Magazine and a 2008 “40 Under Forty” honoree by the Long Island Business News. William has served as an adjunct professor at the State University of New York Brook- lyn Economic Opportunity Center, and has been a guest speaker for organizations such as the Colum- bia University School of Business, Baruch University, the World Diversity Leadership Summit and the
National Urban League to name only a few. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from South Carolina State University and his M.B.A. from Long Island University.
